I have a 2019 Lexus. I don't trust my Lexus to just anyone. I must say I was beyond pleased with the workmanship they performed. My back fender had a dent. Now it looks brand new. I would highly recommend there services.

This review was originally going to be 1 star, but I'm increasing it to 4 stars because of the outstanding customer service provided by Mike Riddle. Without Mike's professionalism and willingness to listen, I would have taken my business elsewhere. When I first visited the shop on June 15 to ask about installing a new front splitter on my Camaro, my experience with Jennifer was very disappointing. After i tried explaining to Jennifer the work I was looking to be done to my car and before ever looking at my car, which was parked directly outside the shop, Jennifer immediately told me the work couldn't be done. I then asked if she could simply come outside, look at the vehicle, and let me explain exactly what I was asking for. The issue was a small amount of epoxy remaining on the lower lip from the previous splitter. I explained that the new splitter, which was the exact same one, completely covers that area, that I wasn't looking for a perfect cosmetic repair, and that I only needed enough epoxy removed for proper fitment and a secure installation. I even offered to take the car home, remove more of the epoxy myself with a hair dryer, and bring it back if that would help. Every sug

I don’t normally do reviews, but I am writing this out of appreciation for Mandy and Vicke, who both work in the body shop at this location. After my vehicle accident, I first spoke to Mandy on the phone and was blown away by how helpful and caring she was. She treated my situation as if it was her own. Upon arriving at the body shop, I got the chance to meet Vicke, who not only made sure my vehicle inspection was done properly, but personally explained my situation to the sales rep, who helped me out given my unique circumstances. I could not recommend this body shop more, especially these two special individuals who made my experience effortless and without issue.

Vicke and Mandy made getting my car repainted a seamless experience! They assisted me with every detail from the repairs to the rental car and left me with nothing to worry about. I live about an hour away but would travel there for car repairs again if it means receiving their remarkable service. My car also came back shiny and new which I am thrilled about.
